Rather than redirecting everything and keeping you waiting, the software can redirect a browser of your choice. In other words, you can use one browser normally and one that goes through a VPN at the same time. Of course, it is still possible to redirect everything, but if you target a specific browser, the connection will be almost instantaneous.

HideAway provides other features as well, which are not immediately obvious. For example, it is capable of encrypting your communications and website traffic. Also, the software can redirect the Internet traffic for torrent applications as well.
